I am Fadma Alice, the Founder and CEO of PosivibeTribe. I wanna tell you the truth here — you may think this is just another woman wanting to create a community to leave a legacy. Well, part of that is true, but you know, when I first left home — la Kabylie, Algeria — I found myself lost in the streets of Paris. Les Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, all of that didn’t make sense because I had no one to hang out with. I spent five damn years trying to find my people in Paris. I made friendships with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and countries, but I never felt like I truly belonged anywhere.
At the beginning of 2024, I changed my way of socializing. I decided that surface-level relationships aren’t for me. I want to meet people who share the same values as I do — who can lift me up, and who I can elevate with me. Being a Life Coach and an NLP Practitioner, I need self-growth in my life. That’s when I started connecting people who had the same values, even if they had very different personalities.
One day, my friend Christelle told me, "Alice, how did you know I would get along with that person?" I said, "I just felt it."
So, as simple as that — I didn’t find the community that aligned with my needs, I created it. The family that will shake worlds for you, and do miracles to make all the success possible for every Posiviber.
My story
Alice Fadma is a multipotential passionate life coach, content creator, and community builder. Her journey began with deep struggles—growing up in a patriarchal environment, navigating self-doubt, and carrying immense responsibilities from the age of 7. Seeking freedom, in 2019 she moved to France, pursued her dreams, and broke free from social limitations, limiting beliefs, took control of her life, and relationships that no longer served her.
Through years of self-discovery, she explored coaching, content creation, teaching, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, refusing to fit into just one box. She embraces her multipotentiality, constantly evolving through art, dance, languages, and conscious living. With five years of experience coaching people worldwide, she empowers ambitious souls to step into their confidence, design lives they love, and build meaningful connections that align with them truly.
Alice believes that everyone has the potential of becoming their best selves, they all have the power within the depths of their souls to become higher versions of themselves. She made it, so how the heck can't others make it?
After struggling for 4 years to find a community where she can partner, connect, feel a sense of belonging but also be herself 100% with her multifaceted personality, her origins, her beliefs, her passions, her multilingualism. Now, she is creating PosivibeTribe, a global community where the members 'Posivibers' feel seen, supported, given the chance to succeed in a competitive world but feel inspired just by being part of the tribe.
Alice is a firm believer in energy, mindset, self growth through lifestyle and the power of human connection, Alice’s mission is to help others break free, grow unapologetically, and live with intention. Her motto? Trust the process, own your energy, and create your reality.

The Impossible becomes I am Possible
PosivibeTribe was born in the heart of Paris, created by Alice Fadma, a woman on a mission to build what she once longed for a true sense of belonging.
Leaving la Kabylie, Algeria, Alice came to Paris to live a life of freedom and purpose. But finding a community where she could fully embrace her multipassionate personality and multicultural identity wasn’t easy. Alice is a multipassionate entrepreneur, a lover of dance, and a connector of souls. She speaks five languages, Kabyle, French, English, Arabic, and Spanish, and is a certified life coach and NLP practitioner, dedicated to helping others design the life they truly want.
So,the only way to merge her multifaceted personality is PosivibeTribe. She decided to create that space herself. A space where like-minded people from all backgrounds could connect, grow, and support each other.
Though PosivibeTribe is Alice’s vision, she found support in amazing individuals who believed in the movement and helped bring it to life. Maria, her dedicated community manager, ensures that the Tribe’s message reaches the right people. Soulef, Alice's sister, a business-driven powerhouse copywriter, and Sarah, a creative mastermind, have been valuable partners along the way, contributing their expertise and support to the community’s growth.
One evening, through conversations filled with dreams and ambition, PosivibeTribe took shape—not just as a community, but as a movement. A place where people from all walks of life can build meaningful connections, feel empowered, and create positive change together.
